TDC has a small core of office staff that have given long service within the company and combine to make a highly effective professional team. The Company is headed up by our senior management team consisting of:

Ian Turvey  Development Director
Co-ordinating developments and overseeing of all clients and projects. Expert in Building Regulations, NHBC, Lifetime Homes and Housing Association requirements.

Responsible for all company finances, carrying out Energy Ratings and EcoHomes assessments.

Managing team of CAD technicians. Expert in AutoCad and provision of detailed working drawing packages.

In addition TDC has a wide network of remote workers with long established  routines to enable us to draw on extra help at busy times.

TDC also has a close working relationship with various engineers to provide expertise in structural, drainage, mechanical and electrical matters.
