TDC has a core of office staff that have given long service within the company and combine to make a highly effective professional team. The Company is headed up by our senior management team consisting of:

Ian Turvey  Development Director
Responsible for the co-ordination of all developments, overseeing of all clients and projects. Qualified in Planning & Development Surveying, widely experienced in Building Regulations, NHBC, Lifetime Homes and Housing Association requirements. Licensed Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.

Michael Church Technical Director
Managing an experienced team of technical staff. Experienced in computer aided design and provision of detailed working drawing packages.

In addition to our regular office staff, TDC has a wide network of remote workers with long established  routines to enable us to draw on extra help at busy times. We also have a close working relationship with other specialist consultants to provide expertise in structural, drainage, mechanical and electrical design.
