TDC are always on the look-out for self motivated, experienced senior Cad technicians to work either in-house or remotely.

Applicants should be proficient in full AutoCad, have a sound knowledge of Approved Documents and NHBC requirements and be from a residential developer background. Emphasis is placed on the ability to identify and resolve problems and produce a full working drawing package utilising high quality layered CAD  drawings often to a tight deadline.

We are also looking for graduate level applicants interested in ecological issues who are ideally able to read architectural drawings. Good maths, computer literacy and a clean driving licence would also be necessary to assist us in carrying out Energy Ratings, research for EcoHomes/The Code assessments and conducting site visits. Excellent people skills, the ability to work under own initiative and a thorough and professional approach to work are all key qualities. The successful applicant would be working closely with the TDC Surveying team and training would be given in all areas.
