Through efficient use of computer aided design systems, TDC provides a high quality detailed layered cad model of any size building including large bespoke houses with many specialist features, blocks of apartments within constrictive boundaries and large housing developments comprising both private and social dwellings.
TDC can provide a tailor made service to suit specific client requirements offering a complete design drawing package from scheme concept through planning drawings to a full detailed construction package. Where required we can also assist with drawing office support to busy housing developers.
Drawings can be provided in either paper or computer format (dxf, dwg, pdf etc) utilising a client’s own title block where required.

Planning and Design
Our services often involve progressing a clients’ initial design concepts to achieve the best planning approval for the site. TDC have obtained planning permission for numerous building projects in our local SG9 area and beyond, often providing a far more detailed service and practical solution than many architects in the area.
Building Regulation Approval
TDC are specialists in Means of Escape, Energy Rating requirements and Robust Standard Details. As a result we are able to identify potential problems at an early stage, rectify them during the design process and reach a practical solution. During this procedure TDC can design the structure to optimise energy usage and acoustic performance.
We have a good relationship with many Building Control Officers and NHBC Surveyors, liaising with them to bring about speedy approvals.
